Shipping policy
Shipping for UK & US Orders
All parcels are sent standard shipping with tracking. We offer free shipping on orders over $55/£40.
If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us, the buyer must pay for new shipping charges if they wish for the package to be resent. This also applies to packages returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout. In these instances if a refund is requested, we will only refund the cost of the product itself (including a £5 deduction for handling charge) and only on receipt of the returned item.
Shipping for International Orders (Non-US or UK)
All parcels for territories outside of the UK and US are sent internationally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which covers taxes and duties upfront. This ensures that your order will pass customs with no additional charges and arrive in reasonable time (5-8 working days).
Unfortunately, DDP shipping does not include return provisions, so we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
If a package is unclaimed, it will not be returned to us automatically, it will be destroyed by the local postal service (as it is too expensive for us to manage the return process across customs). If a package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout we are unable to help in its recovery beyond providing the tracking information and proof of shipping information (this is automatically sent to you by our fulfilment warehouse upon ordering).
Note all sales outside of the US and UK are final, we do not offer international refunds.
Preorders and Combined Orders
We often offer a preorder period for new products. Regional release dates will always be clearly displayed on individual product pages, and any preorder will dispatch within a 3-5 day time-frame of the release date. If there's any delay to preorder release dates we will notify you directly via email.
If you order additional products at the same time as a preorder item, as a combined order, all items will only ship when the preorder item has become available. We cannot split orders, this is due to the fact that delivery costs calculated at checkout are specifically for combined shipping and split shipping costs would be higher.
If you wish for additional items that are not subject to preorder release dates to arrive sooner, please make separate orders.
Tracking
Our products are shipped via a fulfilment centre and once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking link via email which can be used to follow the progress of your order.
Delivery Times
Postal services vary around the world and delivery speeds depend on the country, customs procedures and the item you are ordering.
As a guide most items will be delivered in the following time-frames:
- United Kingdom 3-6 working days
- United States 3-5 working days
- Everywhere else 4-8 working days
